Diagnosis
Antennal scrobes join below frontal suture; scutellum completely reticulate with median groove indicated in anterior 1/3 to 1/4 only; clypeus protruding; antenna short, e.g. female flagellomeres 2 and 3 transverse; propodeum completely reticulate; female gaster short and round, with apex blunt, in both dorsal and lateral views.

Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador.
Biology
Primary gregarious endoparasitoid of the last three larval instars of Elasmopalpus lignosellus (Zeller) (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae).
